Dominic has over 25 years’ experience supporting clients within Financial Services and Consulting. A broad array of mandates has led to him executing projects in Europe and North America, encompassing the banking, asset management, fintech and regulatory sectors.

Dominic’s career was initially spent focusing on investment banks’ pan-European markets platforms across all asset classes, where he was involved in multiple team build-outs on behalf of global banks. These senior level searches were for front office positions in sales, trading and structuring - for both the cash and derivatives markets.

More recently Dominic built and co-founded two businesses (one being Accreto Solutions) and supported clients with their strategic growth plans, including small scale acquisitions and team lift outs. These mandates have been driven by clients wishing to enter a new sector or geography, and sectors include fintech, data analytics, ESG, financial restructuring, and disputes & investigations (including financial crime, AML/KYC).

 

The latter sector increasingly covers crypto and other digital assets. Clients have included asset managers, strategic & management consultancies, and financial services firms (inc exchanges and index providers).
